Actor is needed in Perth, Australia.

I am looking for a presenter to record a video for my real estate company that showcases our services. The presenter will deliver a pre-written script using a teleprompter and should convey a mature, authentic, and authoritative presence while also being friendly and animated. The recording is expected to take about half a day and will take place in Perth, Australia. There is potential for follow-up work, as we are interested in creating multiple short videos in future batches.
