The Role: As a Product Designer, your primary responsibility will be to bring AI decisions alive for our users by researching, designing, and crafting new experiences for our suite of AI products. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and technical specialists, and directly impact our customers and Peak’s journey.
Key Responsibilities: - Deliver excellent design by understanding customer problems and participating in research. - Collaborate with customers, product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design strategies with business objectives. - Develop customer empathy to prioritize key issues. - Own design standards and support the maintenance and development of design systems. - Demonstrate expertise in product design and stay updated with best practices.
Requirements
Skills & Experience: - Strong experience in delivering both UI and UX for B2B software products. - Understanding and application of design thinking principles. - Ability to empathize with user feedback and convert it into design solutions. - Practical experience with UX research tools and processes. - High-quality product design skills using tools like Figma. - Excellent communication and storytelling ability. - Proactive mindset with excellent time management skills.
Advantageous Skills and Experience: - Experience in a B2B start-up or scale-up. - Familiarity with agile product development. - Design qualification (degree or equivalent). - Knowledge of AI, data analytics, and industries such as retail and manufacturing.
