Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join a creative agency specializing in branding, design, and digital marketing solutions, located in Newcastle upon Tyne.

Salary & Terms

• Salary between £30,000 - £35,000 a year depending on experience.

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.

• Develop creative concepts and design solutions that effectively communicate the client’s message and align with their brand identity.

• Create high-quality visual assets, including logos, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website layouts.

• Utilize industry-standard design software and tools to execute projects efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

• Iterate on designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed expectations.

• Stay informed about design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance your skills and capabilities.

Minimum Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
