We are seeking a passionate iOS Developer to lead the development of high-quality iOS applications and mentor teammates while delivering tailored digital products aligned with our user-centric approach. The role aims to architect impactful iOS applications that foster a collaborative, agile culture focused on continuous learning and delivering user-centred solutions.
Requirements
• Experience developing for Apple’s iOS platform using the Swift programming language.
• Excellent experience of developing production/commercial applications using Swift.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid opinions on app performance, security, and usability.
• Understanding of HTTP, RESTful APIs, and mobile app consumption.
• Appreciation of mobile UX and knowledge of Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
• Experience with unit testing or willingness to extend skills in it.
• Working knowledge of Git, Continuous Integration, and supporting systems.
• Understanding of SCRUM/agile methodologies.

Interview Process
Stage 1: Intro Call with a member of the Talent team (30 minutes Google Meet)
Stage 2: Interview with the hiring manager (30 minutes Google Meet)
Stage 3: Take home tech test (no deadline)
Stage 4: Final stage interview with at least 2 members of the hiring team (60 minutes Google Meet)
