Job Description

OUAI is seeking a social media content creator that will be responsible for contributing engaging content that helps drive awareness for the brand and its products. This role will have a strong emphasis on video and TikTok content. You’ll work with the social team to deliver on cross-functional goals while adhering to OUAI’s creative and marketing strategies, driving the creation of engaging content that achieves business objectives and meets channel needs.

Responsibilities include conceptualizing and creating engaging and original short-form content for TikTok and Instagram, staying ahead of TikTok trends, collaborating with the social team to understand campaign goals, executing end-to-end video production, experimenting with different video styles, and analyzing content performance metrics to adapt strategies for engagement and growth.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media content creation, with a strong emphasis on TikTok and video content.

• Regular in-office presence (2-3 times per week) at our HQ office in Los Angeles.

• Comfort with appearing on camera and behind-the-scenes content.

• Strong visual and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and the ability to quickly capture attention.

• Proven track record of social content creation, specifically in TikTok and video.

• Ability to leverage third-party editing apps in content creation.

Benefits

• Hourly Compensation: $30 - $35 per hour, based on experience.
