Cornish+ Comics Studio Teaching Artist (After School Programs)

We are looking for an experienced Comic Illustrator to join our team at Cornish College of the Arts as a teaching artist for our Comics Studio after-school program. This role involves inspiring students of all skill levels in the art of comic creation, including storyboarding and creative writing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in storytelling, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Procreate, and a passion for teaching and fostering creativity in an engaging classroom environment.

The candidate will be expected to teach both on and off-campus in the Seattle area, potentially covering one to three courses a week. We aim to build a pool of instructors to support our growing Cornish+ In the Schools program, starting this winter.
