IOLLA is a direct-to-consumer, independent retailer of high-quality eyewear, designed in-house and enjoyed worldwide through our online and physical spaces. Our mission is to become the most popular prescription eyewear brand wherever we are, and we want you to help get us there! We’ve grown a loyal following across our social media platforms, but there’s so much more potential to unlock in this exciting period of brand growth. We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Social Media Lead to elevate our social presence.

As Social Media Lead, you will own the strategy and execution of IOLLA’s social platforms—bringing our brand to life in new, exciting ways while driving growth, engagement, and community connection. In the first six months, you will embark on a transformative project to reshape and rebuild our social media strategy, focusing on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

Requirements

We’re seeking someone who lives and breathes social media, constantly keeping up with trends, having an eye for design, and the ability to turn big ideas into actionable strategies.

• Experience: 2+ years proven success in scaling social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, through innovative content and strategy.
• Creativity: A sharp eye for high-quality visuals, with experience using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Trend-Driven: A strong understanding of the latest trends, platforms, and cultural moments.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable with data, using insights to shape strategies and measure success.
• Collaboration: Team player who thrives on working cross-functionally.
• Leadership: Experience leading projects or teams and confidence in driving IOLLA’s social media strategy.
