Job Description

At Everlane, we aim to make ethical choices easily accessible to consumers, partnering with ethical factories worldwide and working with sustainably sourced materials. Our creative team connects marketing and business objectives to the brand’s creative essence, handling content across product campaigns, digital ecosystems, retail, and social media. We are currently seeking a freelance graphic designer who will collaborate with an exceptional design team to create marketing assets focusing on emails, paid social, and site assets, while participating in cross-functional collaborations for innovative marketing content. This freelance role has the potential for conversion to a full-time position and requires attending our Los Angeles Creative Studio in the Arts District twice a week.

Requirements

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• 3 to 5 years of design experience, preferably in-house or at a creative agency.
• Design capabilities in typography, layout, and design fundamentals.
• A passion for graphic design and image creation for both still and motion content.
• A deep knowledge of photography and visual design.
• An interest in fashion trends, brands, styling, and product creation.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Figma, and builder tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team (designers, art director, and copywriters) on developing marketing assets for print and digital.
• Develop and execute layout design for digital ecosystems and print applications.
• Engage in cross-functional collaborations to bring innovation to the brand’s platform and marketing content.
