We are recruiting a C# Developer to join our client on a long-term temporary assignment. This role involves an opportunity within the Alerting feature team for a Dot Net Developer, responsible globally for the AlertNow product and a few local bespoke applications. You will be responsible for the ongoing development of the PalTrak (Pallet Tracking with NFC/RFID tags) solution and may support updates to other existing local applications. The architecture of PalTrak will be reviewed and a strategy for migration to MS Azure will be developed.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Good communication skills for regular contact with business stakeholders at all levels.
- A good understanding of Agile Development methodology.
- Advanced level of programming techniques in C#, DotNet Core, RFID, Microsoft Xamarin, MS Azure, Oracle SQL, and PL/SQL.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Existing project management experience.
- Self-motivated for continuous learning opportunities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Cooperation skills and negotiation power.
- Must have a Full UK driving licence.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly wage plus an annual performance-related bonus. You will receive a generous annual leave of up to 35 days, inclusive of bank holidays. There is free on-site parking available, and youâll have access to a subsidised restaurant. We also provide hybrid working where employees split their time between working remotely (often from home) and working in the office.
