Job Description

As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing features for backend applications, ensuring they are user-centric and technologically advanced. Your contributions will significantly impact the product’s functionality and user experience, as you design, build, and maintain advanced web application features.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain advanced features for web applications while ensuring high standards of quality and innovation.
• Develop and implement feature enhancement strategies focused on performance, scalability, and user engagement.
• Guide junior developers in advanced front-end practices and foster their professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with back-end engineers and designers for seamless integration and performance of application features.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end technologies and trends to enhance skills and apply knowledge to work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of front-end development experience, with a minimum of one year dedicated to React.
• In-depth understanding of React principles, including but not limited to hooks, context, and component lifecycle.
• Experience in developing applications managing complex workflows, such as ERPs.
• Experience in implementing and maintaining state management solutions (React, Redux).
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization, responsive design, and cross-platform compatibility.
• Experience in React testing frameworks like Jest/Vitest.

• Experience implementing caching strategies or asynchronous state management for high-data-load applications.
