Job Description

Ideagen is seeking a talented Graphic Design Apprentice to join their versatile Design Studio Team. The role involves creating designs and digital/print collateral based on internal stakeholder briefs, while adhering to brand guidelines. The apprentice will contribute to the delivery of a strong brand identity and effective communication materials that engage the audience. The position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop design skills while working closely with designers, videographers, and motion graphic artists.

• Annual Salary: £25,000 (4 Year Contract)

• Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days at home

• Estimated Start Date: September 2025

• Skills Day: 18th February 2025

• Qualification: Degree - level 6

Requirements

To be eligible for the role, candidates must hold one of the following qualifications in a creative subject:

  • Level 3 BTEC (Distinction, Merit, Merit)
  • T Levels (Merit)
  • Level 3 Apprenticeship (Pass)
  • A Levels (BBC)

Additional skills and experiences include:

  • A strong interest in design and a desire for a career in the field.
  • Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is preferred.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • A portfolio showcasing previous design work or school projects is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technologies.
