Job Description

Erstwilder is seeking a Digital Content Producer, who can bring our brand and products to life through dynamic photography and video content. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll also work closely with the Creative Director and a passionate team, providing an opportunity to learn how a highly successful, fast-paced small business operates across multiple departments to achieve big outcomes.

With an incredibly engaged and responsive brand community, this is a dream opportunity for a capable creative to produce visuals for use across our e-commerce websites, social media and digital marketing channels that engage and convert. No idea is out of bounds – you’ll have the opportunity to pitch and produce any low or high production content, aligning with our brand strategy, aesthetic, and mission to spark joy and build community through wearable art!

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualise, shoot and edit all creative photo and video assets to support Erstwilder’s online collection launches and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to pitch, develop, produce and edit visual content for Erstwilder’s social channels, focusing on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Manage Erstwilder’s model product photography end-to-end, including organizing talent, locations, props, and equipment.
  • Organize all product photography shoots with external photographers, tracking and sending samples, naming and filing assets, and color correcting as needed.
  • Be accountable for all photography and video deadlines, managing and delivering content production timelines for various channels and projects simultaneously.
  • Contribute ideas that support the overarching brand content strategy for the best commercial and community outcomes.
  • Stay on top of global and industry content trends, along with social platform changes and nuances.

Key Attributes:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience creating compelling photographic and video content.
  • Demonstrated value in previous roles and/or a relevant portfolio of work.
  • Thoughtful and clear communication skills, giving and taking constructive feedback.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, taking pride in work and respecting deadlines.
  • Self-starter, proactive at problem-solving, and confident in escalating challenges.
  • Comfortable both in front of the camera and directing others.

Key Skills:

  • High-level understanding of composition, lighting, and product styling for photography and video.
  • Proficient in post-production editing techniques and software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut).
  • Video animation and script/copy writing experience is highly advantageous.
