UKG is looking for an experienced and passionate User Experience Designer that advocates for User Centered Design while connecting our users with the value they seek. The candidate will be responsible for the overall usability and quality of one or more UKG products or features, exercising a good eye for aesthetics while grasping and distilling user problems into delightful and engaging solutions. This role requires working closely with key stakeholders to clearly identify the scope of design work, requirements, and use cases, and to advocate for the user experience across the organization.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years work experience with a focus on product and UX/UI design across a variety of platforms including web, mobile & tablets.
• A passion for design and a great eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving and design thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision).
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Human Factors, Engineering, Design, Graphic Design, Media Arts, or similar.

Other Information

The pay range for this position is $96,900 to $139,300, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation. UKG is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment.
