Instructional Designer

Instructional Designer is needed in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar, India.

We are looking for a motivated Instructional Designer to join our team at Penta Consulting on a part-time contract basis. This role involves developing engaging and effective learning experiences that enhance knowledge retention and skill development. The ideal candidate will transform complex information into accessible content and create various training formats, including eLearning and instructor-led training.

You will also be responsible for performing needs assessments, evaluating current training programs, and driving continuous improvements in learning materials. This position will require you to collaborate closely with content developers and graphic designers to produce visually compelling training resources. The work will be partially located in Mohali, India.
