FlatPack Studios is a full service creative content agency specializing in producing high-quality video content for brands, businesses, and influencers. As the In-House Videographer, you will play a key role in creating high-quality video content from concept to final product. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our clients’ digital presence and achieving their marketing goals.

Key objectives include:

• Producing high-quality video content for commercials, social media, brand videos, and marketing materials.
• Collaborating with the creative team, project managers, and clients to deliver videos that match their vision.
• Leading the video production process from pre-production to post-production.
• Staying updated on emerging video trends, tools, and techniques.
• Managing and maintaining the studio’s video equipment and assets.
• Ensuring high production standards and consistency with brand aesthetics and goals.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Video Production: Proven experience in shooting, lighting, and editing video with a strong portfolio of work across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Proficiency with Editing Software: Advanced knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) and post-production techniques.
• Camera Operation & Technical Knowledge: Experience in operating professional video cameras and understanding camera settings, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Creative Vision: Ability to conceptualize and bring creative ideas to life while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Strong Storytelling Skills: A keen eye for visual storytelling and conveying compelling narratives through video.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in video editing, color grading, and sound design.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to work across various styles, formats, and industries based on project requirements.
