Job Description

SitePartners is a specialized marketing agency built for the industrial sector, solving business problems, building brands, and driving growth within the construction, manufacturing, and resource sectors. We are seeking a Freelance Videographer to join our rapidly growing photo/video team. This role will require a variety of skills to contribute to all phases of video production, delivering diverse styles of video including interview/docu-style, conceptual commercial advertising, and short-form storytelling. We are looking for a resourceful storyteller passionate about producing great video work, ideally with a robust portfolio of video production and post-production examples.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a camera operator on photo/video shoots for industrial sector clientele.
• Set up and tear down video, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it remains in working order.
• Consult with the team on equipment list and suggest improvements as needed.
• Post-production on video projects, including editing for corporate videos, advertisements, social media micro videos, and more.
• Frequent travel for video shoots.

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Formal training or demonstrated experience in the field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in both video production and post-production.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe software editing programs (e.g., Premiere, Lightroom).
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Project Management tools is an asset but not required.
• Ability to work quickly, independently, and under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Physically able to lift 30lbs regularly and operate video equipment.
