Role: Senior Designer

Location: Old Trafford, Manchester (Hybrid)

Hours: 8.45 am – 5.15 pm, Monday to Friday

Package: Up to £40,000

Requirements

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

• Expert-level proficiency: Master of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with strong experience in Figma, After Effects, and email builders.
• Proven experience: Designed for both digital and print, with a portfolio showcasing ability to create engaging social content and polished presentations.
• A sharp eye for branding: Strong understanding of consistent, impactful brand identity.
• UX design expertise: Ability to combine aesthetics with user-friendly functionality.
• Leadership skills: Experience in leading or mentoring designers.
• Creative vision: Ability to generate and execute innovative ideas.
• A flair for motion: Experience with After Effects or similar tools is highly desirable.
• Growth mindset: Openness to feedback, thriving on collaboration, and willingness to push creative boundaries.
