Job Description

SitePartners is a specialized marketing agency focused on the industrial sector. We solve business problems, build brands, and drive growth for clients in construction, manufacturing, and resource sectors. We are looking for a Freelance Videographer to join our rapidly growing photo/video team. This role requires a variety of skills to contribute to all phases of video production and deliver diverse styles of video, including interview/docu-style, conceptual commercial advertising, and short-form storytelling. The ideal candidate is a resourceful storyteller who is passionate about producing excellent video work and has a portfolio to demonstrate their skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a camera operator on photo/video shoots for industrial sector clients.
• Set up and tear down video, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in working order.
• Consult with the team on equipment needs and suggest improvements.
• Post-production editing for various video projects, including corporate videos, advertisements, and social media content.
• Frequent travel for video shoots.

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Formal training or demonstrated experience in the field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in video production and post-production.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe editing software (Premiere, Lightroom, etc.).
• Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Project Management tools is an asset.
• Ability to work quickly, independently, and under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation.
• Physically able to lift 30lbs regularly and operate heavy video equipment.
