We are a startup called hmrdelivery based in Hargeisa, Somaliland, working to launch a food delivery service. I need an expert in app and web development to help create a user-friendly platform that connects customers with local restaurants, cafes, and home-based food providers. The platform should effectively cater to both individual users and businesses, incorporating features designed for the local market.

I am looking for someone with software knowledge and technical skills who can work remotely for a few hours on this project. As we are in the planning and research phase, this is a single job with a beginner-level experience requirement.
