Job Description

The Product Designer at iSeatz reports to the Director of Product Design and collaborates with agile, cross-functional teams to craft consistent and successful end-user experiences. The role involves creating data-driven solutions using industry best practices in conjunction with the Product, Data Science, and Technology departments. The designer will work with stakeholders to implement solutions, maintain design consistency across the iSeatz platform, and present proposed solutions for feedback and approval. The position also requires collaboration with product managers and frontend architects in an agile environment.

Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• At least four years of proven work experience in Product Design, particularly in web and mobile applications, with three years focused on design systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience building upon design systems.
• Proficiency in designing mockups and creating prototypes using industry-standard design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• A portfolio that presents industry examples illustrating step-by-step solutions to project requirements.
• Experience driving design decisions for e-commerce solutions.
• Ability to work within cross-functional, agile environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
