Job Description

As a UX Designer, you will:

• Be a strategic sparring partner for your Product Owner and team members to help make short- and long-term decisions.
• Be part of the Discovery Process, in which you and your team gain new insights, identify problems and devise and validate concept solutions.
• Involve users and stakeholders in your process to gain insight into their needs and goals.
• Designing and testing new interfaces for Smart Facilities and the data-driven operating model and working with Developers to realize these.
• Facilitating workshops and applying Design Thinking methods.
• Working on use cases that have a direct effect on the airport and its passengers, and seeing the impact when you walk through the airport.

Requirements

What you bring:

• At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with a structured process from concept to realization.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in sharing your design and thinking process.
• Experience with Figma, working with Design Systems and an eye for detail.
• Experience designing dashboards and working with data in your interfaces.
• Being a generalist; you love design, but also do research and discuss strategy.
• Get curiosity and energy from working with users and mapping complex processes.
• The ability to build a structured design and substantiate it within and outside your team.

You must be able to:

• Think and act strategically in collaboration with Product Owners and team members.
• Gain new insights and identify problems during the Discovery Process.
• Effectively involve users and stakeholders in the design process.
• Design and test interfaces that contribute to a data-driven operating model.
