Memory Lane

I am looking for a mid-level video editor for my personal project titled “Memory Lane.” The project involves two main stages. In Stage 1, I need assistance backing up pre-recorded interviews from one drive to another at a specified location in Pittsburgh. This will include meeting in person to ensure a secure transfer of the files.

In Stage 2, I would like the editor to create a demo reel from the interviews, which will include graphics and music that I will provide, along with a script I will write. The total running time of the demo will be between 1:30 and 1:50 minutes.

The editing style will be straightforward, focusing on the interviewees sharing their life stories, with the graphic treatment to be discussed. I have provided a Vimeo link to one of the interviews, which should help convey the desired content style. This project may lead to additional work in the future, and the editor can work remotely after the initial meeting.

Examples of style:
We would just need to discuss what the graphic treatment would be. For the demo, it could be white on black. I would choose the font, which could simply fade up or animate on. The content, the interviewees sharing their lives is what is key.
