ConvoZen AI is seeking a dedicated and articulate Telephonic Conversational Data Recorder to contribute to the development of a cutting-edge Text-to-Speech (TTS) model. This role involves recording diverse and representative telephonic conversations in various Indian languages to build a high-quality dataset. The ideal candidate possesses excellent speaking skills, a clear and consistent voice, and an ability to adapt their speech to different conversational scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Record a wide range of telephonic conversations in specified Indian languages, covering diverse topics and scenarios as provided by ConvoZen AI.
• Follow detailed pronunciation guidelines and maintain consistent voice quality, intonation, and pacing throughout the recording sessions.
• Ensure recordings are clear, free of background noise, and meet the technical specifications provided.
• Adapt speaking style to simulate different caller demographics, emotions, and conversational contexts.
• Review and self-assess recorded data for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the data collection team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of all recorded data and project materials.
• Participate in quality assurance checks and data validation processes.

Requirements

• Native or near-native fluency in specified Indian languages (English + Hindi).
• Excellent pronunciation, clear articulation, and a pleasant speaking voice.
• Ability to read and follow scripts accurately and consistently.
• Prior experience in voice recording, acting, or public speaking is a plus.
• Comfortable working with recording software and hardware (Training will be provided if necessary).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Access to a quiet and suitable recording environment with a reliable internet connection.
• Basic computer literacy and file management skills.
