Job Description
As a Content Designer at the Equality and Human Rights Commission, you will write, develop, and optimise engaging content for various digital channels. Your role will focus on simplifying complex language and content, advocating for user-focused design, and ensuring user journeys are optimized based on insights from user testing. You’ll manage relationships with stakeholders to produce accurate and timely content, ensure compliance with policy and legal standards, and suggest improvements and alternatives to flat content.
You will be responsible for crafting high-quality copy, managing external suppliers, and supporting the commissioning of multimedia content. Additionally, you will monitor the performance of digital content and maintain elevated product quality by defining what ‘good’ looks like for the team.
