Job Description

Framestore Integrated Advertising is seeking exceptional design talent for freelance opportunities in their US-based offices. The role predominantly involves executing animations designed and art directed by senior members of the creative team. Strong 2D and/or 3D animation skills are essential. Requirements

1. Strong 2D and/or 3D animation skills.

2. Experience using software such as Photoshop CC, Illustrator, and AfterFX; proficiency in Cinema 4D, Houdini, or Maya is a bonus but not essential.

3. Ability to draw/storyboard, develop character designs or an interest in typography may be useful depending on job needs.

Responsibilities

1. Create highly engaging and complex motion graphics animations for a diverse array of projects.

2. Conceptualize and produce design projects in collaboration with internal Art Directors and Creative Directors.

3. Develop style frames, storyboards, motion tests, and assemble treatments for pitch presentations.

4. Work independently or as part of a larger team on design-focused projects.

5. Manage time effectively and provide accurate assessments of workload and time required to complete tasks.

Compensation

The pay range for positions varies based on experience:

• Juniors (<1 year - 3 years experience): $25 - $35 per hour
• Mids (4 - 6 years experience): $400 - $550 per day
• Seniors (6+ years of experience): $600 - $900 per day

This range describes the minimum to maximum for the job in New York and California, in accordance with the New York Pay Transparency Bill and the California Pay Transparency Law. Compensation may vary in different markets and is dependent on the applicant’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
