Job Description

This is a remote position. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing user-centric, visually appealing, and functional products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape the user experience and interface while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on user needs and business goals.
• Creative problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Someone who can adapt to the latest AI technologies, such as ChatGPT, and leverage them to enhance their productivity and efficiency.
• Open to work as an Independent Contractor.
• Has a ready work-from-home setup with available equipment and a stable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Conceptualization: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate and test design concepts. Collaborate with stakeholders to iterate on design solutions based on feedback and data.
• Copywriting: Write clear, engaging, and user-focused copy that complements the design and guides users effectively. Ensure consistency and alignment with the product’s tone and brand voice.
• Data-Driven Design: Use analytics and user data to refine user flows and optimize the product experience. Continuously evaluate product performance and make informed design adjustments.
• UX/UI Design: Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that align with business goals. Map out seamless user flows that improve engagement and satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Partner with product managers to align on requirements and goals. Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and copy.
• Continuous Improvement: Incorporate feedback from testing and data analysis to refine designs and user flows. Stay informed on design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
