Podcast freelancer/creator

I am seeking a podcast producer or creator to help set up a podcast for my company, Eastgem Consulting. The expert will provide recommendations on equipment, software, room setup, and other essential aspects of launching a successful podcast. Additionally, I am open to retaining the expert for the first three months after the podcast launch to ensure everything runs smoothly.

The position is part-time and requires a vendor to work remotely. Experience level should be at least junior or mid-level, with compensation aligned to industry standards.
