We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Art Director to join our creative team. As a Junior Art Director, the member will work closely with our Art Director and other team members to conceptualise and execute visually compelling ideas for a wide range of campaigns and projects. You’ll bring fresh ideas and a passion for design, helping to elevate our brand and engage our audiences across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Art Director, designers, and copywriters to develop creative concepts and visual solutions for various marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
• Assist in creating and executing high-quality design work that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to help bring our clients’ visions to life.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to project timelines.
• Review and refine design drafts, making improvements based on feedback from team members and clients.
• Stay updated on design trends, industry standards, and new techniques, and incorporate these insights into your work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a creative role, preferably within an agency or in-house creative team.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with motion graphics tools such as After Effects is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative work and a keen eye for design, typography, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
