Job Description

Fulcrum Digital is an agile and next-generation digital accelerating company providing digital transformation and technology services right from ideation to implementation. These services have applicability across a variety of industries, including banking & financial services, insurance, retail, higher education, food, healthcare, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Sterling File Gateway, and IBM Sterling Secure Proxy.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Develop and maintain EDI maps, business processes, and trading partner setups.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues related to IBM Sterling applications.
  • Provide technical support and maintenance for existing Sterling solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for all solutions and processes.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  • Work on performance tuning and optimization of Sterling applications.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in IBM Sterling and related technologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, IBM Sterling File Gateway, and IBM Sterling Secure Proxy.
  • Strong understanding of EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and protocols (e.g., AS2, SFTP, FTP).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Groovy) and SQL.
  • Experience with XML, XSLT, and other data transformation technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
