Job Description

We seek a motivated UX Designer to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects, take ownership of initiatives, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. A strong understanding of user experience principles, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for visual design are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and designers to create user-friendly experiences.
• Translate art direction and visual design into compelling user experiences.
• Own projects from concept to delivery, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts.
• Incorporate business goals into the design process.
• Lead design reviews and presentations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of design experience with an online portfolio.
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
• Highly creative with a passion for innovative design.
• Experienced in collaborating with engineers and understanding technical constraints.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Start-up experience preferred.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, and Linear.app is a plus.
