Job Description

We are seeking a talented Senior UI Designer to join a dynamic and creative team. This role will support both creative and digital design projects, working across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong UI design experience, a proven track record in agency or tech environments, and a portfolio that demonstrates expertise in both web and mobile design. The Senior UI Designer will be client-facing, responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality designs that meet or exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Create design solutions that align with strategic objectives and client goals.
• Develop innovative digital designs for a variety of projects, including websites, mobile apps, branding, social media, and internal tools & dashboards.
• Work within established client design guidelines and frameworks to produce cohesive and effective designs.
• Collaborate with User Experience Designers, Digital Producers, and Developers to ensure designs are executed seamlessly.
• Participate in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project planning to support ongoing projects.
• Foster strong relationships with creative team members, client leads, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Designer in an agency or tech environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing both web and mobile UI design work.
• Expertise in UI design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
• Ability to execute quickly and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high design standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field (preferred).
• Client-facing experience, with the ability to present and defend design concepts.
