  • Tone of Voice: Produce compelling, well-written copy that aligns with NEXT’s tone of voice and employer branding goals.
  • Multimedia Content Production: Create video content and capture images to showcase Life at NEXT and Early Careers, driving awareness and engagement across all social channels.

Requirements

We’re searching for someone who’s passionate, creative, and ready to make an impact.

  • Proven experience in a social media role (experience with employer branding is a bonus).
  • In-depth knowledge of Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp, with an understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
  • Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills, with experience in SEO optimisation.
  • Creative flair, with a knack for generating fresh ideas and exploring innovative content formats.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage upwards and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Experience in analysing metrics and using insights to guide decision making.
  • Highly organised, with strong time management skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Experience with scheduling tools like Sprout Social, Later.com, or similar platforms.
  • A confident, enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to engage with individuals across all levels and backgrounds.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge in Adobe tools such as Premiere Pro, Premiere Rush, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
  • Experience creating short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
