Job Description

We are looking for a Blog Project Manager with the passion and experience to design what matters – one project at a time. The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B social media and blog strategist who excels at strategic thinking, project management, and collaboration across teams. The role involves supporting stakeholders across Microsoft’s cloud business by leveraging brand channels for quality social content. You will serve as a social media and blog key point of contact, continuously drive target audience insights, stay updated on social media platforms, and execute strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5 – 7 years of marketing experience
• 2+ years of experience managing social media programs and strategy
• 2+ years of experience with social scheduling and monitoring tools (preferably Sprinklr)
• Experience growing and managing a team with a focus on professional development
• Subject matter expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape
• Ability to work successfully with diverse groups of stakeholders
• High skill level at interpreting data to inform strategy
• Customer service mindset when working with stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams; Microsoft experience a plus
• Social listening experience a plus
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive consensus
• Proactive, highly organized, self-starter with attention to detail
• Passionate about social media and B2B technology
• Comfortable working remotely

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $100,000 - $105,000. This range is indicative of the role and will be evaluated during the interview process.
