Job Description

To oversee our video and full CG post-production processes, as well as coordinate collaboration with developers and graphic designers. The ideal candidate will bring advanced knowledge of modern post-production tools and techniques, with a proven ability to build efficient pipelines involving in-house teams, suppliers, and freelancers. This role is crucial in delivering cutting-edge digital experiences across live events, interactive exhibits, and digital campaigns.

Requirements

Core Competencies:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant, trackable experience in digital production and post-production coordination, demonstrated through a comprehensive portfolio (must-have).
• Advanced knowledge of modern production tools for video and full CG work.
• Proven ability to build and manage complex production pipelines, including remote setups.
• Strong understanding of AI pipelines and their application in digital production processes.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of production workflows for live events, interactive exhibits, digital campaigns, and gamified brand activations.
• Adaptability to new technologies and changing project requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between creative, technical, and development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background or experience in visual arts or design.
• Familiarity with interactive and immersive technologies used in live events and exhibits.
• Experience with real-time technologies and their integration in production workflows.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies in the field of digital experiences and their potential applications in production.
