Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing development team within Compliance Operational Process & Systems (COPS). You will receive ongoing support for your development and training, explore new technologies, and learn from others. You will collaborate with fellow developers and internal customers to design and deliver technical solutions while raising the profile of the team. As a developer within Customer Compliance, you will support our internal systems and applications, contributing to overall compliance activity within HMRC.
Requirements
The following qualifications and criteria are essential for this role:
- Ability to write in modern coding languages, including C# and SQL.
- Experience developing applications to meet business user needs.
- Hold certified qualifications at apprenticeship Level 3, or be prepared to undertake training to gain qualifications upon starting the role.
Desirable qualifications include:
- Professional qualification in Computer Science.
- Experience in a DevOps environment.
Technical Skills Assessment
During the selection process, candidates will be assessed on technical skills via a technical presentation, details of which will be shared if invited for an interview.
