Job Description

We are seeking a creative and passionate Producer to create first-class content for our global motorsport clients. This role focuses on remote live event weekend production and digital and social output. The Producer will also capture and produce various content types, from vertical videos to broadcast documentaries, combining a passion for racing with a desire to maximize the impact of their projects.

Our company features a hybrid working model, requiring weekly time in our office located in New Mills, Derbyshire. The role may involve evening, weekend, or overnight work, as well as occasional travel. Requirements

• Real passion for and genuine knowledge of motorsport
• Experience in producing sports/news equivalent short-form and fast-turnaround video
• Ability to work on live event schedules on weekends throughout the year
• Editorial experience in a broadcast, rights-holder, agency, or team capacity
• Natural talent for making content impactful and accessible
• Experience managing production staff or leading teams
• Comfortable liaising with clients
• Skills in scriptwriting
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Passion for learning and development
• Willingness to travel as required
