Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative person who can produce scroll-stopping social media content and is eager to join our growing team. As a Creative Executive, you will work closely with the Creative Manager and Social Team to bring our range of clients to life through social channels. You will be responsible for producing a variety of graphic, video, and animated creatives for both internal and external uses. This role will require handling multiple projects, working on ad-hoc tasks, and being an independent decision-maker while also taking direction and collaborating within a team.

Requirements

• Outstanding knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe XD are a must!)

• Ability to create digital and video assets using programs such as CapCut and other social in-app editing software.

• Creative (social-first) mastermind: Ability to animate, edit, and create engaging graphics for multiple platforms, understanding what works for both organic and paid assets.

• Social media native: Keeping up to date with the latest trends, influencers, and happenings on TikTok, Instagram, and popular culture.

• Ambitious: Eagerness to build a career in Social Media Marketing within a fast-growth agency.

• Enthusiasm & Passion: Genuine care for work with attention to detail.

• Organisation: Strong planning skills and an eye for detail.

• Team player: Collaborative, communicative, and willing to assist others.

• Self-starter: Initiative to seek new improvement opportunities every day.

• Location: Hybrid remote with WeWork Membership.

• Competitive Salary: £25-28k depending on experience, location, and role fit.
