Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and creative person who can produce scroll-stopping social media content and is eager to join our growing team. As a Creative Executive, you’ll work closely with the Creative Manager and Social Team to bring our range of clients to life through social channels. You will be responsible for producing a variety of graphic, video, and animated creatives for both internal and external uses. Our agency, The Good Influence, is a multi award-winning social-first creative agency dedicated to influencing the world for good through content, community, creativity, and conversion.

Requirements

• Outstanding knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe XD are a must!)

• Ability to create digital and video assets using programs such as CapCut and other social in-app editing software.

• Stay ahead of the curve on the latest social media trends and innovations in your communities.

• Creative (social-first) mastermind: You can confidently animate, edit, and create beautiful social-first graphics ready for a multitude of platforms.

• Social media native: You live and breathe social media, keeping up to date with trends, influencers, and everything happening on TikTok, Instagram, and popular culture.

• Ambitious: You want to build your career in Social Media Marketing, and see yourself growing within a fast-growth agency.

• Enthusiasm & Passion: You genuinely care about your work and want to excel while working for a company that stands for good.

• Organisation: You love a plan, and organisation and an eye for detail are a given.
