Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Strategist to develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively combine grassroots outreach (targeting schools, communities, and events) with digital marketing (social media, email marketing). This role focuses on engaging local communities primarily through digital channels to promote our educational services and technology.
Responsibilities
- Develop Integrated Marketing Strategies: Combine grassroots outreach with digital marketing to engage diverse target audiences, including parents, teachers, schools, educational organizations, and businesses.
- Community Outreach: Conduct digital outreach to schools, community organizations, and events. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.
- Digital Marketing Execution: Manage social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create and execute email marketing campaigns targeting specific educational audiences.
- Event Planning: Plan and promote virtual events and webinars to connect with our target audience.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant KPIs and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in both grassroots and digital marketing, specifically in the education services and ed-tech fields. Successful track record in B2B and B2C marketing campaigns targeting parents, teachers, schools, educational organizations, and businesses.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in social media management and email marketing tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Other: Open to a project-based trial with potential for ongoing collaboration. Willingness to align compensation with performance-based results.
