We are currently seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing interactive and scalable software solutions end-to-end. As a Senior Developer, you will also mentor junior developers, providing them with technical direction and support. We are looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of projects and desires to contribute to a revolutionary solution here at Idoba.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience in software development; technical leadership experience is an advantage.
• Experience with modern software architecture and technology stacks, including microservices and cloud-based services.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
• Experience with hands-on automated testing frameworks.
• Thorough understanding of automated operations concepts, processes, and architectures.
• Experience working with AWS DevOps and AWS Services.
• Working knowledge of agile development practices and experience using agile tools (e.g., JIRA/Confluence).
• Demonstrated strengths in Python and React.

Responsibilities

• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and an automated testing framework.
• Build on best practices and implement efficient processes for a sustainable development environment.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure efficient deployment and continuous integration processes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, performance, and security standards.
• Design and implement interactive and scalable software solutions end-to-end.
• Support, mentor, and guide junior developers.
