In over 10 years in the market, we’ve become known for delivering exceptional visuals across a diverse range of events and projects across North America. As we continue to grow, we’re currently seeking a talented and driven Videographer/Photographer to join our team on a project-to-project basis and grow with us.

Position Overview: If you’re an early-career videographer/photographer, this is a fantastic project-based opportunity for you. Ideally, you’re a student or recent graduate, with the passion and detail orientation that will help you develop and expand your skills working on a wide range of projects while gaining mentorship and building a portfolio of creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality video and photo content for diverse projects, ensuring alignment with client specifications and creative direction.
• Set up and break down shoots, including managing and handling heavy equipment.
• Collaborate with the team, taking direction and feedback to ensure the desired outcome.
• Present yourself professionally on set and in client interactions, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
• Contribute to a positive team environment while continuously improving your skill with mentorship.
• Adapt to various project types and environments with flexibility and creativity.

Requirements

• Currently residing in Vancouver, BC.
• Proven experience in video production, including camera operation, lighting, and sound equipment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism in client-facing roles.
• Ability to present yourself professionally on set and in client-facing situations.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication (fluency in additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus).
• Experience with Canon DSLRs is an asset.
• Flexible availability for project-based (freelance) work.

Compensation

We offer entry-level, per-project pay based on experience, with mentorship and opportunities to grow your skills in videography/photography.
