Job Description

This position is for an Experience Designer responsible for transforming complex transactional systems into intuitive and valuable products. The role requires a strong foundation in user-centered design methods, excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, and the ability to communicate design decisions effectively to senior stakeholders and team members. The designer will work in a highly collaborative and cross-disciplinary team environment, translating product strategy into interaction flows and final designs, while advocating for users and ensuring designs are accessible and brand-optimized.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• 5+ years of design experience
• Experience with HTML, specifically identifying components related to design
• Exceptional interaction and visual design skills
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a commitment to user-centered design
• Experience with responsive websites, applications, and digital interfaces; experience designing native mobile applications is a plus
• Proficiency in design and management tools such as Axure, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience working in an Agile environment, utilizing tools like JIRA
• Ability to apply brand and digital standards, and contribute to asset libraries
• Experience working with user researchers to apply data-driven insights for user needs
• Skills in creating low and high-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes for user testing

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $74.00 - $82.00. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits may include:
