As a key member of The Very Media Group’s Creative Team, you will shape digital-first concepts, lead on-set art direction, and deliver exceptional multi-channel campaigns and content creation.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop original and innovative creative concepts for multi-channel campaigns and content across video, animation, and stills (with CGI and virtual production experience beneficial).
• Provide expert art direction that results in impactful, customer-centric, and commercially effective content.
• Engage internal stakeholders and external clients through compelling creative presentations and pitches.
• Collaborate closely with peers, external agencies, and freelancers to maintain a unified creative vision and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Manage the creative process to ensure timely project deliveries within budget.
• Stay updated with trends and developments in retail, media, and technology.
• Pursue continual personal development through training and research.

About You:

• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for creative ideas.
• Able to align creative collaborators towards a shared vision.
• Experience in sourcing, briefing, and directing talent including models, photographers, and stylists.
• Strong understanding of advertising, marketing, and visual design principles.
• Protective of brand identity and dedicated to elevating creative standards.
• Impressive visualisation skills, including storyboards and video concepts.
• Experience in art direction for e-commerce, campaigns, video content, and social media.
• Proficient in Adobe CC (including Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Experience in fashion, homewares, sports, and lifestyle sectors.
• Customer-focused, leveraging previous campaign research to inform future concepts and drive success metrics for brand partnerships.
