Do you want to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you! The Miami HEAT Digital Content Team is seeking a Digital Content Producer/Editor! We are looking for a creative and innovative Producer/Editor who has a drive and passion for telling stories to our digital audience. The ideal candidate will explore the digital landscape for inspiration and have the prowess to take an idea from conception to completion. You should be capable of crafting engaging content that stands out and drives traffic and brand visibility across various media types and web platforms. The role also involves collaborating with the creative team to develop outstanding branded content in an environment that fosters growth and creativity.

Requirements

To perform this job successfully, individuals must meet the following requirements:

• Reports directly to the Manager of Digital Content/Creative Lead.
• Aware of the Miami HEAT strategic, creative, and cultural goals at all times.
• Passion for engaging audiences and collaborating with others, along with creative ideas for content development and growth.
• Proven experience with digital editing software (Avid Media Composer, Premiere, After Effects, Media Encoder).
• Experience operating and maintaining professional digital video and audio equipment.
• Prior experience using LUTs and manually color-grading digital media.
• Passion for storytelling with attention to detail and thinking creatively.
• Understanding of Social Media.
• BA in Broadcast/Journalism, Communications, Film, or relevant work experience.
• Prior experience in sports is encouraged but not required.
• Must be able to share a reel, portfolio, and/or collection of prior work relevant to this position demonstrating editing skills.
