Job Description

As a Midweight Creative within the creative department at That Lot, you will be a brilliant conceptual thinker and maker helping to create innovative campaigns for popular UK brands. Your role will emphasize creativity at its core, delivering expertise and cultural relevance in social strategy, social creative, production, and effectiveness. You will be responsible for concepting and developing engaging social ideas that resonate with current cultural trends.

• Ability to present work in a clear and engaging manner, particularly in pitches.
• Strong initiative, tenacity, and curiosity.
• Effective communication skills to craft and convey ideas.
• Creator-level abilities beyond traditional advertising art direction or design.
• Strong eye for creating slick, unforgettable presentations.
• Confident in using PowerPoint and Adobe Suite.
• Basic understanding of and ability to predict social and creative trends.
• A team player committed to agency growth and development.
