Job Description

Provide support and guidance on design, system, policies to APAC regional subsidiaries’ marketing, ecommerce, and internal operation team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and designs for web projects. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Optimize website performance for speed and usability. Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high quality and functionality. Handle service requests and troubleshoot any user/system-related issues and queries. Engage with HQ development team to resolve issues that need implementation. Provide technical consultancy and workaround solutions. Understand and share HQ guidelines (design, system, policies) & provide necessary compliant guidance, materials, and techniques. Support integration of online applications/microsites & third-party solutions with the system. Co-work closely with security and analytic teams to support the overall operations. Conduct system training to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder in relevant field of studies

• 3+ years of experience in web design

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS and other client side technologies

• Experience with popular frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js

• Proficiency with design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch

• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Experience in version control systems such as GitHub

• Responsible, organized and independent, and a good team player

• Relevant experience as a designer in a digital/interactive/online/e-commerce focused organization is preferred

• Knowledge & experience on Adobe Experience Manager is preferred

• Experience working with Angular, server-side rendering

• Knowledge of TypeScript, RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Webpack, NPM
