Job Description

This is a 6 month fixed term employee contract with a likelihood of extension. This role is part of our Personalised Content team, which focuses on creating emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns at scale and speed. We specialize in hyper-personalized digital communications that drive change for our clients, including eBay and Walmart.

In this position, you will exercise discretion and independent judgment while writing clear, concise, and conversational copy. You should enjoy organizing information and setting up content for strong search engine rankings. Your intuition, problem-solving skills, and adaptability will be essential as you navigate complexity within teams and ensure high client satisfaction. You will report to the Creative Director and support the strategic goals of the company.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a copywriter role.
• Experience in a creative agency.
• Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in creative or technical writing or a related field is a plus.
• Foundational understanding of Figma or equivalent copy-design workflow tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team to meet and exceed design needs for various company accounts.
• Contribute to narrative development, UX writing, and conceptual thinking.
• Assist in the design and production of large-scale eCommerce platforms.
• Write, edit, and publish brand-voiced content.
• Create and articulate simple narratives for experiences and presentations.
• Develop compelling headlines, CTAs, hashtags, manifestos, and body copy.
• Build relationships with clients and bring fresh perspectives to the team.
• Work with minimal processes and proactively solve problems.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.
