Job Description

Digiterra is a multinational software and consulting group that provides sustainable resource, process, and technology solutions to address a wide range of challenges throughout the Business to IT continuum. We are looking for a Product Design Lead to join the team on an initial 12-month contract.

The role involves engaging with business stakeholders to clarify needs and requirements, managing the day-to-day delivery of design output according to established plans, and ensuring projects align with business and technical needs. The Product Design Lead will take ownership of customer experience, lead a project team, develop relationships across teams, and measure the impact of design on customers and the business.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be able to create innovative and high-quality design solutions, applying design thinking and best practice standards. They should leverage insights and data to ensure products are customer-centric, design scenarios and prototypes, and align designs with brand guidelines.

Additionally, candidates should have experience in coaching and mentoring designers, fostering a motivated team environment, and continuously seeking to build their own expertise while contributing to the knowledge of the entire design team.
