WE ARE RECRUITING - VIDEOGRAPHER & CONTENT CREATOR

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for storytelling through video and photography? Verto Homes, the UK leader in building energy-efficient homes, is looking for a Videographer & Content Creator to help bring our mission to life through engaging, high-quality content.

Reporting to: Co-Founders

Working with: Co-Founders, Financial Director, Sales Department, Development Department, Planning Department, Group Operation Manager, Graphic Designer, Partner Relations, HR Manager, PR Contacts.

As our Videographer & Content Creator, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our brand’s narrative. From conceptualising viral video campaigns to capturing the essence of sustainable living through stunning visuals, your work will inspire and inform audiences across multiple platforms. You’ll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and create content that drives engagement, builds our community, and supports our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The following list of duties and responsibilities is intended to reflect the principal elements of the role only and is therefore not exhaustive:

• Videography & Photography: Capture, edit, and produce top-tier video and photo content for social media, marketing campaigns, and website use.
• Content Creation: Develop innovative ideas for videos, reels, and other media that resonate with our audience and align with current trends.
• Editing Mastery: Use industry-standard software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.) to deliver polished, high-impact content.
• Social Media Expertise: Create platform-specific content tailored to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, with a focus on driving organic growth.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring trends in videography, social media, and storytelling to create viral-worthy content.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain Verto Homes’ tone of voice and aesthetic across all content to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
• Project Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, meeting objectives and KPIs.
• Asset Management: Organise and maintain an archive of visual assets for future use.
• Drone Operation: Capture aerial footage to showcase the beauty of our sustainable developments (preferred but not essential).

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography, photography, and content creation.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of storytelling techniques and viral video creation.
• A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and pushing boundaries.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices to maximise reach and engagement.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to producing work of the highest standard.
• Passion for sustainability and a desire to contribute to a greener future.
