Job Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Thailand marketing team. You will be responsible for creating engaging visuals tailored for the Thai market while collaborating with both the local team and the global graphic design team. In this role, you will work closely with the Content & Social Media Specialist to produce cohesive, high-quality marketing assets. Additionally, you will coordinate with the global design team to ensure brand consistency and support cross-regional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Localized Visuals: Develop and design marketing materials (banners, brochures, social media posts, etc.) that are culturally relevant and resonate with the Thai audience.
• Collaborate with Global Team: Work closely with the global graphic design team to align on branding guidelines and share resources for cross-market campaigns.
• Support Marketing Campaigns: Design assets for both online and offline campaigns, including PPC ads, social media posts, and email visuals.
• Work with Content Specialist: Collaborate closely with the Content & Social Media Specialist to ensure content and visuals are aligned for marketing campaigns.
• Compliance: Ensure all visual materials comply with local and global financial marketing regulations.
• Creative Innovation: Proactively suggest creative concepts that cater to the Thai market while maintaining brand consistency with global guidelines.
• Multi-team Collaboration: Be the bridge between the local and global design teams, sharing insights and strategies that can benefit both sides.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in financial services or tech.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Figma.
• Experience in video editing and animation is a plus.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout design.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with both local and global teams, and provide support as needed.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to work across teams and receive feedback from multiple stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure high-quality, pixel-perfect designs are delivered on time.
• Language: Fluency in Thai and English is preferred.
